Where are you located?

Our showroom is at 4/6 Monash Rd Gladesville NSW 2111, approximately 15 minutes from Sydney’s CBD, Australia.

When can I make an appointment to visit your showroom?

Appointments can be made on Saturday and Sunday between 9:30am - 3:00pm only. Please call Ooh-Aah Invitations or send an email via our enquiry form to find the next available appointment to suit you.

Can you provide your services to interstate and international clients?

Yes. We can organise consultations via phone, email and skype. Shipping will be arranged with TNT, FedEx or Express Post Platinum.

How much are your invitations?

What is included in a wedding invitation package?

Each invitation comes with a matching envelope and an RSVP card. They can be produced with a pocket to hold additional cards for Wishing Well/Gift Registry details, Directions with a customised map, Pre-Wedding Events etc. The invitations are individually wrapped in plastic so they are protected when you post them out to your guests.

Do you print wedding stationery such as cards, order of service, menus etc?

Yes we do! We can incorporate design elements from your wedding invitation into other stationery.

What do you require to begin the design process?

After we discuss the design features for your invitation, we will issue an invoice for a 50% deposit. After the deposit has been arranged, we ask you to email the invitation wording (include wording for RSVP, Wishing Well/Gift Registry details etc) in a Word file. Your design consultant will be happy to help you with the wording format if required.

Can I provide my own pattern, logo or images to put on invitation?

Yes. We would love to make your wedding invitation unique and meaningful to you.

Can you print the names of guests on the invitation?

Yes we can. There is an additional charge and the cost will depend on your final order.

When do I receive the first digital proof?

Within 7 working days after the deposit and the invitation wording is received.

How long does it take to print the invitations?

After you approve the final digital proof, it will take upto 6 weeks to print and assemble the invitations.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due before the invitations are released to the client.

Do you create a physical mock-up design before printing the invitations?

We can, however 98% of the time we don't as our clients trust the final product will be as they have envisioned. Extra charges will apply for a sample and will take 2-3 weeks.

Do you delivery internationally?

Yes. Shipping will be arranged with DHL.

Do you design and print invitations for other events?

Yes. Ooh-Aah Invitations caters for media events, christenings, birthdays, anniversary dinners, formals and gala events. Our designers are happy to design stationery for all occasions.

How much is it to post a hard cover invitation to my guests within Sydney?

Our popular 18cm x 12cm hardcover invitation weighs 100grams and cost $1.20 to post within Sydney. You can also check the postage cost within Austalia by using the online calculator on the Australia Post website.
