Ordering Process
Experience the joy of working directly with one of our design consultants at Ooh-Aah Invitations to create a wedding invitation that beautifully reflects you and your special day. We advise all our clients to order their invitations at least four months before their wedding to allow enough time for design, printing, assembly and delivery.

Contact Ooh-Aah Invitations to book an appointment to visit our showroom in Gladesville so you can get a true feel for our wedding invitations first-hand.
During your visit, our design consultant will spend time with you to discuss your ideas and understand your needs, hopes and expectations.
We can start with a design you've seen in our current collection and tailor it to your occasion or we can create an entirely new and unique design especially for you.

Place an Order

After your initial consultation, your design consultant will email a quote to you. To begin the design process, we require the wording for your wedding invitation in a word document and any images, maps and other details you would like to incorporate into your design, along with a 50% deposit.
Wording of these items is entirely up to you, but we are happy to be consulted. Please note, deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made within 48 hours from date of deposit.

Design & Edit

Ooh-Aah Invitations will provide you with the artwork of your wedding invitation via email (.JPEG).
We encourage you to have one or several other people to review the artwork and read over the text.
You may request any amendments at this stage and we will happily resubmit an edited version for approval.
**NOTE: It is important to carefully examine the artwork to ensure all names and venues are spelt correctly, and that punctuation, dates and times are correct. Ooh-Aah Invitations will not accept responsibility for any mistakes after the artwork has been approved and any further adjustments will incur extra charges.

4.
Print & Receive

Once you have approved the artwork, Ooh-Aah Invitations will send you a final invoice. Payment can be made by cheque, PayPal and direct deposit only.
Your wedding invitation order is sent for production and is completed within 4-6 weeks. Local pick up or delivery to your nominated address is available (delivery fees apply).
